Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu (1335 meters above sea level):
Upon your arrival in Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu a High Hike representative will be there for your warm welcome and help you to transfer to the hotel. In free time take rest or walk around Thamel. Overnight.
Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing (1335 meters):
Half-day guided tour around Kathmandu city's historical, cultural and some UNESCO World Heritage Listed sites.Bouddhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple, the most important sites of Buddhism and Hinduism in Nepal. Catch the playful antics of the monkeys and beautiful city views at Swayambunath temple. And visiting Kathmandu Durbar Square are the highlights of the day. Overnight.
Day 3: Kathmandu to Bhulbule (840 meters/5 hrs drive/2¾ hrs trek):
The first day of the trekking. Take bus from Kathmandu and drive to Besi Sahar. From there take a short trekking and walk to Bulbhule for overnight.
Day 4: Bhulbule to Bahundanda (1300 meters/4 hrs trek):
Leave Bhulbule and start trek of Bahundanda. The trail continues with Maryasndi River via suspension bridge. It then cross Ngadi Khola and it ascends up through the forests and cross some teahouses and place you to Bahundanda. Overnight.
Day 5: Bahundanda to Chyamje (1410 meters/7 hrs trek):
The trail from Bahundanda goes up and cross some small streams, wonderful villages of Kanigaon,Ghermu and the Jagat known as stone village before reaching Chyamje. Reach Chyamje and stay overnight.
Day 6: Chyamje to Bagarchhap (2160 meters/7 hrs trek):
The trail from Chyamje first crosses the east bank of Marshyandi River. After experiencing walking on rocks, the trail then ascends up, crosses some wonderful waterfalls, local teahouses and reaches Bagarchap for overnight.
Day 7: Bagarchhap to Chame (2710 meters/6 hrs trek):
From Bagarchap, we start our walk through Jungle. Along the way we can enjoy the stunning views of Lamjung Himal, Annapurna II, and Manaslu Himal. We also pass a small settlement of Timang Besi just before reaching Chame. Overnight in Chame.
Day 8: Chame to Lower Pisang (3240 meters/5 hrs trek):
The trail first crosses a side stream and later crosses Marsyangdi River. Then we walk through fields and then ascends through forest to lead us to Lower Pisang for overnight.
Day 9: Lower Pisang to Manang (3540 meters/6 hrs trek):
It will be a wonderful trekking day when we pass several villages including Bryaga where we can see the largest monastery of Manag which is 400-500 years old. A short walk from the monastery place takes us to Manang. Overnight.
Day 10: In Manang (3540 meters):
Spend the day in Manang acclimatizing and walking around the old part of the village. Overnight.
Day 11: Manang to Yak Kharka (4018 meters/5 hrs trek):
After spending a wonderful day at Manang, we start our trekking and begins to ascent up to Thorang La area to Marshyandi valley. We then continue our walking through juniper forest then we pass some meadows then finally reach to Yak Kharka for overnight.
Day 12: Yak Kharka to Phedi (4450 meters/4 hrs trek):
The trail gently ascent up to Phedi. This is the highest altitude point of Annapurna Circuit trek. Overnight.
Day 13: Phedi to the Thorung-La Pass and to Muktinath (Up to 5416 meters/8½ hrs trek):
We start early morning and take a steep up trail which gradually leads us to one of the adventurous Himalaya pass in the world. We can enjoy wonderful views of Annapurna from pass. After Thorang La pass we spend some time there then take a descent trail and trek to Muktinath. Muktinath is a pilgrimage site dedicated to both Hindus and Buddhists. Overnight.
Day 14: Muktinath to Kagbeni (Up to 3550 meters/3½ hrs trek):
In morning explore religious Muktinath temple. After then we take descend trail Jharkot and continue our walk, pass Eklabhatti and finally reach today’s destination Kagbeni. Overnight.
Day 15: Kagbeni to Marpha (2670 meters/5 hrs trek):
We follow the left bank of river then we cross suspension bridge. Some ups and downs will then takes us to Jomsom. Today we pass Kali Gandaki gorge-the deepest gorge in the world (6500 meters deep) before reaching Marpha. Marpha is hugely popular for fresh apples. Overnight.
Day 16: Marpha to Kalopani (Up to 2590 meters/6 hrs trek):
We leave Marpha from the southern gateway of Kaligandaki to Tukuche. From Tukuche we take west bank of the river then cross a suspension bridge and reach Kobang. From Kobang we continue our walk through juniper and pine forest to reach Kalopani for overnight.
Day 17: Kalopani to Tatopani (1160 meters/6 hrs trek):
The trail from Kalopani first descend to a bridge of Lete then goes through Pairo Thapla, Kopchepani and passes Guithe and gradually takes us to today’s destination Tatopani. In Tatopani we can enjoy taking bath in Natural Hot Spring. Overnight.
Day 18: Tatopani to Ghorepani (2785 meters/8 hrs trek):
From Tatopani, this day we trek to Ghorepani. Ghorepani is one of most popular place in Annapurna region where one can enjoy stunning views of Himalayas. Overnight.
Day 19: Visit Poon Hill (3,210m.) and trek to Tikhedhunga (1,570 meters/6 hrs trek):
Early morning before sunrise, we hike up to Poon Hill for sunrise views at 10 different mountains. We spend some time at Poon Hill. After then we trek back to Ghorepani for breakfast. After breakfast we take descend trail to trek Tikhedhunga via Ulleri. Overnight in Tikhedhunga.
Day 20: Tikhedhunga to Pokhara (830 meters/2 hrs trek):
The trail from Tikhdhunga goes down and lead us to Nayapul where our private vehicle awaits. With 1.5 hours drive we get back to Pokhara. In free time we can explore around beautiful Pokhara city. Overnight.
Day 21: Pokhara to Kathmandu (1335 meters/6 hrs car ride or 30 minute air flight):
Drive back to Kathmandu overland to the see the green and fertile landscapes or take spectacular 30 minutes flight. In evening join dinner and drinks to celebrate your trekking success with High Hike Team.
Day 22: Fly Back Home:
A High Hike representative will accompany you to the airport to catch your returning flight. We hope to see you again soon! Namaste!!
